Sealed bids for the City
of Greenwood "Fieldhouse
Plaza" will be received by
security personnel at the
CITY CENTER MAIN
DOOR, 300 South Madi-
son Avenue, Greenwood,
Indiana, 46142 between
the hours of 8:00 A.M. and
5:00 P.M., Monday
through Friday, and will
then be considered by the
OWNER at a public meet-
ing called to receive and
open such proposals, pro-
vided the same shall have
been received no later
than 2:00 P.M. (local time)
on June 23, 2026.
The "Fieldhouse Plaza"
shall be the project as de-
scribed in the specifica-
tions. Specifications and
drawings to bidders may
be obtained at the
ePlanroom for Repro
Graphix, Inc.,
www.reprographix.com .

than 2:00 P.M. on June
23, 2026, will be opened
publicly and read aloud by
the Bid Committee, in the
City Meeting Room, City
Center, 300 South Madi-
son Avenue, 1st Floor,
Greenwood, Indiana,
46142 at approximately
2:00 P.M. (local time)
June 23, 2026. This
meeting will be open to
the public and members of
the public wishing to ob-
serve this bid opening
may also do so via Zoom
by going to www.zoom.us
and click Join A Meeting.

All bids received after
2:00 P.M. on June 23,
2026 will be returned uno-
pened. Bids will be taken
under advisement for an
award at a later date.
Contract may be awarded
at the Redevelopment
Commission Meeting at
4:30 P.M. on July 14,
2026.
Bids are to be submit-
ted on a fully completed
Indiana Form #96
(Revised 2013). Each bid
shall be accompanied by a
certified check or accepta-
ble bid bond, in a sum of
not less than ten percent
(10%) of the total base bid
amount. Bids shall be in
sealed envelopes marked
with the name and place
of business of the bidder
and marked "Fieldhouse
Plaza".
A performance bond
equal to the contract price
and a payment bond to in-
sure the payment of any
subcontractors, contract
laborers, material suppli-
ers and persons furnishing
services will be required
upon award of contract.
A Pre-Bid Conference
for all bidders will be held
on June 11, 2026 at
10:00am local time in the
City Meeting Room, City
Center, 300 South Madi-
son Avenue, 1st Floor,
Greenwood, Indiana,
46142. Prospective bid-
ders are requested to at-
tend.
No bid shall be with-
drawn after scheduled
closing time for receipts of
bids for at least sixty (60)
days. The Commission
reserves the right to reject
any or all bids, to accept
all or any part of any bid
received, to waive any and
all informalities in bidding.
The Commission will ac-
cept the lowest responsi-
ble and responsive bid.
