NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, that the Town of
Bargersville (Owner) will
receive sealed bids for the
necessary labor, supervi-
sion and equipment for the
installation of a project
known as 2025 Electric
Line Upgrades (Part 3).
Sealed bids will be re-
ceived at the office of the
Utilities Manager, Town of
Bargersville Administrative
Office, 24 N. Main St.,
Bargersville, Indiana
46106 until the hour of
9:00 a.m. EST on Tues-
day, March 11, 2025. The
documents will then be
opened and read aloud
and thereafter taken under
advisement pending re-
view of each document.
Information to Bidders,
Plans and Specifications
and Contract Documents
for the Project may be ex-
amined, but not pur-
chased, at the location
listed above, on or after
Monday, February 17,
2025.
Copies of the Informa-
tion to Bidders, Plans and
Specifications and Con-
tract Documents for the
work may be obtained, at
a non-refundable cost of
Fifty Dollars ($50.00), from
the Engineer located at:
Alpha Engineering, Inc.

Indianapolis, IN 46214
The Project involves re-
building approx. 1.5 miles
of 1-phase 7.2kV solid
copper to 1-phase 1/0
ACSR and approx. 0.7
mile of pole replacements
for 3-phase 7.2/12.5kV
overhead distribution lines
in Bargersville, Indiana.
Some of the Project lines
are located along streets,
however a large portion of
the lines are in back
yards. All materials shall
be furnished by the
Owner, except stone ma-
terial for the stone backfill-
ing of poles. All work shall
be completed by Decem-
ber 19, 2025. Completion
after the deadline will be
subject to a $250/calendar
day penalty.
A pre-bid meeting is
scheduled for Tuesday,
February 25, 2025 at 9:00
a.m., at the Town of
Bargersville Administrative
Office listed above.
Bids shall conform to
the requirements stated in
the Information to Bidders.
Bids shall include a com-
pleted Indiana State Form
96 accompanied by a cer-
tified check or bid bond of
not less than ten percent
(10%) of the maximum to-
tal amount of the bid. The
successful Bidder shall be
required to furnish a Con-
tractors Bond for 100% of
the proposal price and a
Certificate of Insurance.
The Owner reserves the
right to reject any and all
bids and to waive minor ir-
regularities in bidding and
bid specifications. Pro-
spective Bidders shall be
required to furnish qualifi-
cation requirements prior
to participation in the bidd-
ing process.
