to notify the Indiana De-
partment of Environmental
Management of our intent
to comply with the require-
ments of 327 IAC 15-6 to
discharge storm water ex-
posed to industrial activi-
ties. Run-off from the facil-
ity drains to a swale on ei-
ther the south or east side
of the facility. The swale
discharges into Sugar
