heirs of Chad T.
Crimmins, deceased.
Notice is hereby given
that in the above-entitled
estate proceedings:
1. On April 5, 2025, the
decedent, Chad T.
Crimmins, died intestate
as resident of Brown
County. The decedent's
parents opened this Es-
tate in Johnson County,
Indiana and his parents
were appointed as the
original Co-Personal Rep-
resentatives and later re-
signed. That on May 19,
2025, Christina L.
Crimmins was appointed
Successor Personal Rep-
resentative of this Estate.
2. On July 17, 2026,
Christina L. Crimmins filed
with the Johnson County
Superior Court 2, Petition
to Determine Heirship pur-
suant to l.C. 29-1-6-6.
3. On July 20, 2026,
The Superior Court of
Johnson County entered
an Order fixing September
28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. as
the time for the hearing on
this Petition to Determine
Heirship, to be held in the
Superior Court (Probate
Division) of Johnson
County, Indiana, which is
located at the Courthouse
Annex North,18 West Jef-
ferson Street, Franklin, IN
46131.
4. A|| persons claiming
or having any interest in
this estate, or any part
thereof, as an heir or
through an heir of such
decedent and aII known
heirs of the decedent are
required to appear in
Court on or before that
date and make proof of
their heirship or claim
through an heir of such
decedent 5. The Superior
Court of Johnson County
will, pursuant to such
hearing, enter decree de-
termining the heirs of the
decedent and their re-
spective interests in the
estate or any part thereof.
This Notice is given
pursuant to the Order Fix-
ing Time and Notice of
Hearing on Petition for De-
termination of Heirship is-
sued by the Superior
Court of Johnson County,
and is dated 2026.
