line of said Half Quarter
Section at a point 100 feet
East of the Southwest cor-
ner thereof; thence East
155 feet; thence North
217.80 feet; thence East
155 feet; thence North
217.80 feet; thence West
155 feet; thence South
217.80 feet to the place of
beginning.
