The Board of School
Trustees for Greenwood
Community Schools
(GCS), Greenwood, Indi-
ana seeks a Request for
Qualifications/Pricing from
energy services providers
licensed in the State of In-
diana. A qualified provider
will be selected for the
purpose of implementing
energy efficiency projects
at any or all buildings and
will develop and prepare
qualifications/pricing and a
subsequent Guaranteed
Energy Savings Contract
pursuant to the guidelines
set forth in Indiana Code
IC 36-1-12.5. The Request
for Qualifications/Pricing
(RFQ/P) for consideration
of the installation of Photo-
Voltaic Solar, HVAC,
Building Controls and
Commissioning (CxEB),
Roofing, and other qualify-
ing operational facility im-
provement and energy
conservation measures is
to be delivered to GCS by
August 7, 2026 at 2:00
p.m. (ET). Those inter-
