Notice is hereby given
that on April 22, 2026 Indi-
anapolis Power & Light
Company d/b/a AES Indi-
ana filed a Verified Peti-
tion with the Indiana Utility
Regulatory Commission in
Cause No. 46394 for ap-
proval: (1) of a project re-
quired primarily to serve a
large load customer; (2)
customerspecific arrange-
ments under Ind. Code
8-1-2-24 and -25; (3) an
alternative regulatory plan
(ARP); (4) associated
accounting and ratemak-
ing; and (5) to the extent
necessary, issuance of an
order pursuant to Ind.
Code 8-1-2.5-5 declining
to exercise jurisdiction
over the joint ventures, in-
cluding the project compa-
nies, as public utilities. A
copy of the Verified Peti-
tion and other submis-
sions in this proceeding
are on file with the Indiana
Utility Regulatory Commis-
sion, PNC Center, 101 W.
