Notice is hereby given
that the Whiteland Town
Council, will hold a public
hearing at 6:00 p.m. on
July 14, 2026, at the
Whiteland Town Hall, 549
Main Street, Whiteland, In-
diana, pursuant to IC
6-1.1-12.1-9.5 and 11.3,
on the waiver request and
proposed adoption of
Council Resolution
2026-04, waiving noncom-
pliance with tax abatement
filing timing requirements
for the filing of the Compli-
ance with Statement of
Benefits Real Estate Im-
provements (Form
CF-1/Real Property) by
Axis Group LLC, for the
property located at 4671
N. Graham Rd., White-
land, Indiana 46184, hav-
ing Parcel ID No.
41-05-26-024-001.000-028 (the "Property"). The
Whiteland Town Council
adopted Resolution
2023-07 on May 9, 2023
giving final approval of a
tax abatement application
from Axis Group LLC for a
ten year tax abatement,
pursuant to a 10-year
schedule (100% Year 1,
95% Year 2, 80% Year 3,
65% Year 4, 50% Year 5,
40% Year 6, 30% Year 7,
20% Year 8, 10% Year 9,
and 5% Year 10), on the
construction of improve-
ments to the Property.
At the hearing, all inter-
ested parties will have an
opportunity to be heard
concerning the requested
waiver and proposed Res-
olution. A copy of Resolu-
tion. 2026-04 may be ex-
amined at the office of the
Whiteland
Clerk-Treasurer, 549 Main
Street Whiteland, Indiana,
