NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given
that Johnson County, Indi-
ana, acting by and through
its Board of Commission-
ers, will receive sealed
bids at the Office of the
Auditor in Johnson County
Courthouse West Annex,
86 West Court Street,
Franklin, for the Johnson
County Court Services
Furniture Package in
Franklin, Indiana. Bids are
due no later than 10:00
a.m. (local time) on Mon-
day, June 8, 2026. Bids
received after this time will
be returned unopened.
Emailed or faxed bids will
not be accepted.
Specifications, Instruc-
tion to Bidders, and Bid
Forms will be ready May
12, 2026, and may be ob-
tained by contacting Wes
Harrison, County Project

Bid security in the
amount of 2% of the bid
amount, including alter-
nates, must accompany
each bid in accordance
with the Instruction to Bid-
ders. Bid Security shall be
in the form of a bid bond,
cashiers check, or certi-
fied check which shall be
payable to the Board of
Commissioners of John-
son County, Indiana.
The successful bidder
will be required to furnish
performance and payment
bonds for one hundred
percent (100%) of the con-
tract price prior to the exe-
cution of contracts.
There will be a
non-mandatory pre-bid
meeting on May 19 at
10:30 am at the building
site.
Meet at the front en-
trance on the north side of
the building. The Commis-
sioners reserve the right to
accept or reject and bid
and to waive any irregular-
ities in bidding. All bids
may be held for a period
not to exceed ninety (90)
days before awarding con-
tracts.
