was filed in the office of
the clerk of Johnson
County Superior Court, 7
E. Jefferson Street, Frank-
lin, IN, 46131. The petition
for adoption alleges that
the consent to adoption of
Luna Mai Evans is not re-
quired because Indiana
adoption laws do not re-
quire the consent of a
grandparent. Indiana
adoption laws do not per-
mit a grandparent to con-
test the adoption of the
child. No statement made
to Katherine Edgington re-
lieves Katherine Edg-
ingtons rights or obliga-
tions under this notice.
