Street, Franklin, IN,
46131.
The petition for adop-
tion alleges that the con-
sent to adoption of Teresa
Marceline Evans is not re-
quired because Indiana
adoption laws do not re-
quire the consent of a
grandparent. Indiana
adoption laws do not per-
mit a grandparent to con-
test the adoption of the
child. No statement made
to Katherin Edgington re-
lieves Katherin Edg-
ingtons rights or obliga-
tions under this notice.

with IC 31-19-4.5-3 but
