NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING ON
ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATION FOR
THE REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF
FRANKLIN, INDIANA

Notice is hereby given
to residents and taxpayers
of the City of Franklin, In-
diana that a public hearing
will be held by the Franklin
Redevelopment Commis-
sion regarding Resolution
No. 2026-09, providing for
an additional appropriation
in the amount of $91,940
for parking study services
and No. 2026-10 to appro-
priate grant funds of
$500,000 for design ser-
vices for an I-65 inter-
change at Earlywood
Drive. The public hearing
regarding the Resolution
will be held during the
RDC meeting on April 21,
which begins at 8:00 am,
at Franklin City Hall, 70 E.
Monroe Street, Franklin,
Indiana. Immediately fol-
lowing the public hearing,
the RDC may consider the
adoption of the Resolu-
tion.
Such appropriation is in
addition to any appropria-
tion provided for in the
existing budget. At such
public hearing and prior to
final adoption of the Reso-
lution, all interested par-
ties may appear and be
heard. The complete text
of the proposed Resolu-
tion is on file and available
for examination at Franklin
City Hall and will be avail-
able at the public hearing.
