Variance Hearing Officer,
on Monday, April 13th
2026 at 1 p.m. at 86 West
Court Street, Franklin, IN,
will hold a public hearing
in Conference Room A on
a request by petitioner
Gregory and Monica
Heath for consideration of
a land use petition on
property located at 4549
W. Pitcher Dr, Trafalgar
VARIANCE OF DE-
VELOPMENT STAND-
ARDS of the Johnson
County Unified Develop-
ment Ordinance to provide
for the construction of a
residential addition where
a portion of the house will
be 38 in overall height.
(The zoning ordinance
allows the maximum
height from ground to the
tallest point to not exceed
35).
Interested persons de-
siring to present their
views upon the request,
either in writing or ver-
bally, will be given the op-
portunity to be heard at
the above mentioned time
and place. Copies of the
petition may be examined
at the Johnson County
Department of Planning
and Zoning, 86 West
Court Street, Franklin, In-
diana. Office hours are
