NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, that the Town of
Edinburgh (Owner) will re-
ceive sealed bids for the
necessary labor, supervi-
sion, material, equipment,
and delivery for foundation
and remaining civil work at
its project known as
Edinburgh Industrial Park
Substation (Project) lo-
cated at 250 West 900
North, Edinburgh, Indiana
46124.
Sealed bids will be re-
ceived at the office of the
Clerk-Treasurer, Town of
Edinburgh Administrative
Office, 107 South Holland
Street, Edinburgh, Indiana
46124 until 10:00 a.m.
Eastern Time on Friday,
April 03, 2026. The docu-
ments will then be opened
and the Bid Price Sum-
mary read aloud and
thereafter taken under ad-
visement pending review
of each document.
Copies of the Advertise-
ment for Bids and Instruc-
tions to Bidders (this docu-
ment); Plans and Specifi-
cations; and other Con-
tract Documents for the
work may be obtained, at
a nonrefundable cost of
Fifty Dollars ($50.00,) from
Engineer located at:

questions shall be submit-
ted in writing to Engineer.
Project consists of
foundation installation,
grounding grid installation,
conduit & cable trench in-
stallation, spill contain-
ment installation & fence
installation for constructing
a new 69kV-12.5kV wye
distribution substation.
Site preparation will have
already been completed
and is excluded from this
contract.
A pre-bid meeting will
be held at the site on
Thursday, March 26 at
10:00 a.m. Eastern.
All construction activi-
ties shall be furnished by
Bidder with target delivery
by Monday, June 1, 2026.
Owner reserves the right
to amend the specifica-
tions and modify the deliv-
ery schedule as neces-
sary.
A kickoff meeting at the
site between Owner, Suc-
cessful Bidder, and Engi-
neer shall be scheduled
after notification of intent
to award.
Bids shall conform to
the requirements stated in
the Advertisement for Bids
and Instructions to Bid-
ders. At Owners option,
Successful Bidder might
be required to furnish a
performance bond for
100% of the bid price.
Successful Bidder shall
furnish certificates of
insurance. Owner re-
serves the right to reject
any and all bids and to
waive minor irregularities
in bidding and bid specifi-
cations.
