Management of the Con-
struction Stormwater Gen-
eral Permit to discharge
stormwater from construc-
tion activities associated
with a new building addi-
tion, new administration
building, driveway up-
grade, playground im-
provements and associ-
ated site improvements lo-
cated at 1000 South In-
dian Creek Drive, Trafal-
gar IN 46181. Runoff from
the project site will dis-
charge into the existing
detention basins near
South Indian Creek as
well as a proposed deten-
tion basin for the new ad-
ministration building. The
project site will eventually
discharge to Goose
