NOTICE TO
TAXPAYERS OF
HENSLEY FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRICT,
JOHNSON COUNTY,
INDIANA,
OF THE DECISION TO
ISSUE BONDS

Notice is hereby given
pursuant to Indiana Code
6-l.l-20-5(a) to the taxpay-
ers of Hensley Fire Pro-
tection District, Johnson
County, Indiana (the
"District") that the Board of
Trustees of the District
(the "Board") did, on the l
lth day of March, 2026,
adopt a resolution deter-
mining to issue bonds of
the District payable from
an ad valorem property
tax levied upon all of the
taxable property in the
District, in an aggregate
principal amount not to ex-
ceed One Million One
Hundred Seventy Thou-
sand Dollars ($1,170,000)
(the "Bonds"), for the pur-
pose of procuring funds to
be applied to the purchase
of a fire protection vehicle
and other fire protection
equipment, together with
expenses incidental
thereto, including capital-
ized interest on the Bonds
and all expenses incurred
in connection with or on
account ofthe issuance
ofthe Bonds therefor.
