NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING

The Board of Trustees
(the Board) of the Hens-
ley Fire Protection District,
Johnson County, Indiana
(the "District") will hold a
public hearing on
Wednesday, March 11,
2026, at 6:00 p.m. (local
time), at their regular
meeting place in the Tra-
falgar Fire Station located
at 2784 W. State Road
252, Trafalgar, Indiana,
concerning the proposed
issuance of bonds of the
District pursuant to Indi-
ana Code 36-8-11-17, in
an aggregate principal
amount not to exceed One
Million One Hundred Sev-
enty Thousand Dollars
($1,170,000) (the
"Bonds"), for the purpose
of procuring funds to be
applied to the purchase of
a fire protection vehicle
and other fire protection
equipment (the "Project"),
together with expenses in-
cidental thereto, including
capitalized interest on the
Bonds and all expenses
incurred in connection with
or on account of the issu-
ance of the Bonds there-
for. The purpose of the
hearing will be to provide
the public an opportunity
to comment on (a) the pro-
posed financing of the
Project by the issuance of
the Bonds, and (b) the ad-
ditional appropriation of
the proceeds of the Bonds
which is in addition to all
appropriations provided
for in the existing budget
and tax levy.
