hereby given that the gov-
erning body of
Clark-Pleasant Commu-
nity School Corporation
("School") has deter-
mined, in the exercise of
good business judgment,
School should hire a bro-
ker to real property known
as 903 W. Stones Cross-
ing Road, in Pleasant
Township, Johnson
County, Greenwood, Indi-
ana, 46143 ("Property").
School intends to pay the
broker, Andrew Prince, a
reasonable compensation
of commission fee of
2.25% out of the gross
proceeds of the sale of the
Property. Information
