CCMG Partial Reconstruc-
tion Project will be re-
ceived at the Department
of Community Develop-
ment Services Office, City
Center, 300 South Madi-
son Avenue, Greenwood,
Indiana, 46142 between
the hours of 8:00 A.M. and
5:00 P.M., Monday
through Friday, and will
then be considered by the
OWNER at a public meet-
ing called to receive and
open such proposals, pro-
vided the same shall have
been received no later
than 2:00 P.M. (local time)
on January 26, 2026.
THE BID OPENING
WILL THEN BE HELD at
2:00 p.m. the same day in
the City Meeting Room,
City Center, 300 South
Madison Avenue, 1st
Floor, Greenwood, Indi-
ana, 46142. This meeting
will be open to the public
and members of the public
wishing to observe this bid
opening may also do so

Friday, January 09, 2026
at 1:00 p.m. Bidder is re-
sponsible for all cost asso-
ciated with obtaining a full
set of specifications, plans
and instructions to bid-
ders.
All bids received at the
Department of Community
Development Services Of-
fice, 300 South Madison
Avenue, Greenwood, Indi-
ana 46142 no later than
2:00 P.M. on January 26,
2026, will be opened pub-
licly and read aloud by the
Bid Committee, in the City
Meeting Room, City Cen-
ter, 300 South Madison
Avenue, 1st Floor, Green-
wood, Indiana, 46142 at
approximately 2:00 P.M.
(local time) January 26,
2026. All bids received af-
ter 2:00 P.M. on January
26, 2026 will not be
opened and will be kept
on file unopened by the
City of Greenwood for a
period of not less than the
project term. Bids will be
taken under advisement
for an award at a later
date. Contract may be
awarded at the Board of
Public Works and Safety
Meeting at 5:30 P.M. on
February 02, 2026.
Bids are to be submit-
ted on a fully completed
Indiana Form #96
(Revised 2013). Each bid
shall be accompanied by a
certified check or accepta-
ble bid bond, in a sum of
not less than ten percent
(10%) of the total base bid
amount. Bids shall be in
sealed envelopes marked
with the name and place
of business of the bidder
and marked 2026-1
CCMG Partial Reconstruc-
tion Project.
A performance bond
equal to the contract price
and a payment bond to in-
sure the payment of any
subcontractors, contract
laborers, material suppli-
ers and persons furnishing
services will be required
upon award of contract.
No bid shall be with-
drawn after scheduled
closing time for receipt of
bids for at least forty-five
(45) days. The Board re-
serves the right to reject
any or all bids, to accept
all or any part of any bid
received, to waive any and
all informalities in bidding.
The Board will accept the
lowest responsible and re-
sponsive bid.
