Joshua T. Brown is no-
tified that a petition for
adoption of a child, named
Kennedy Rose Brown,
born to Joshua T. Brown
and Shelby Stahl on Au-
gust 31, 2015, was filed in
the office of the Clerk of
Johnson County, 5 E. Jef-
ferson Street, Franklin, IN,
46131. The petition for
adoption alleges that the
consent to adoption of
Kennedy Rose Brown is
not required because
Joshua T. Brown has not
provided any financial
support to the minor child
in over a year when he
was able to do so; and
has not had any significant
contact with the minor
child in over a year; and it
is in the minor childs best
interest that the adoption
occur. If Joshua T. Brown
seeks to contest the adop-
tion of the child, Kennedy
Rose Brown, he must file
a motion to contest the
adoption in accordance
with IC 31-19-10-1 in the
above-named court not
later than fifteen (15) days
after the date of service of
this notice. If Joshua T.
Brown does not file a mo-
tion to contest the adop-
tion within fifteen (15)
days after service of this
notice the above-named
court will hear and deter-
mine the petition for adop-
tion. The consent to adop-
tion of Kennedy Rose
Brown, will be irrevocably
implied and Joshua T.
Brown will lose the right to
contest either the adoption
or the validity of Joshua T.
Browns implied consent
to the adoption. No oral
statement made to Joshua
T. Brown relieves Joshua
T. Brown of his obligations
under this notice. This no-
tice complies with IC
31-19-4.5-3 but does not
exhaustively set forth a
person's legal obligations
under the Indiana adop-
tion statutes. A person be-
ing served with this notice
should consult the Indiana
adoption statutes.

service of this NOTICE OF
ADOPTION is hereby des-
