Johnson Superior Court 2
of Johnson County, Indi-
ana, in Cause No.
41D02-2508-MF-000133
wherein Freedom Mort-
gage Corporation was
Plaintiff, and United States
of America, acting through
the Secretary of Housing
and Urban Development,
John M. Sigman and Crys-
tal M. Sigman were De-
fendants, required me to
make the sum as provided
for in said Decree with in-
terest and cost, I will ex-
pose at public sale to the
highest bidder, on the 15
day of January, 2026, at
the hour of 10:00 a.m. or
as soon thereafter as is
possible, at 1091 Hospital
Road, Franklin, IN 46131,
the fee simple of the
whole body of Real Estate
in Johnson County, Indi-
ana.
