NOTICE TO
TAXPAYERS OF
DETERMINATION TO
ISSUE BONDS
Taxpayers of the Town
of Bargersville, Indiana
(the Town) are hereby
notified that the Town has
determined to issue gen-
eral obligation bonds in
accordance with Indiana
Code 36-5-2 in an aggre-
gate principal amount not
to exceed $4,490,000 for
the purpose of engineer-
ing, design, land and
right-of-way acquisition,
utility relocation and con-
struction of a roundabout
and other related road im-
provements located at
State Road 135 and State
Road 144 in the Town and
a roundabout and other
related improvements lo-
cated at State Road 144
and Smokey Row in the
Town, which roundabouts
and improvements are
part of the local and arte-
rial road and street sys-
tems in the Town. This no-
tice is provided in accord-
ance with Indiana Code
6-1.1-20-5.
