will hold a public hearing

Indiana, to consider a peti-
tion by Donnie Goff, case
number BZA 2026-08 V,
for consideration of a re-
quest to allow:
a Development Stand-
ards Variance from the
Town of Edinburgh Zoning
Ordinance to re-occupy a
non-conforming use
(single family residence)
which has been vacant for
twelve consecutive
months within the Neigh-
borhood Business (B1)
district on the property
commonly known as 107
Shelby Ave, Edinburgh. IN
46124. Petitioner is re-
questing a time extension
to complete the project.

Written suggestions or

said request may be filed
