Notice is hereby given
that the Johnson County
Drainage Board on the 6th
day of October, 2026 at
6:00 p.m. in the auditorium
of the Courthouse Annex
Building at 86 W. Ct.
Street in Franklin, IN, will
hold a public hearing on a
request by Midstate Prop-
erties Central Indiana LLC
for an municipal plat outlet
into a legal drain ease-
ment for the project known
as Midstate Manufacturing
Accessory Building
(DR-26-040-3659) being
an industrial development
located at 3250 N. Gra-
ham Rd., Franklin, IN
46131 to wit:
Lot 1 in the Ambrose
Minor Subdivision, a sub-
division in Johnson
County, Indiana, as per
plat thereof, recorded Feb-
ruary 17, 2022, as Instru-
ment #2005-33753, in Plat
Book D, Page 612 A & B,
in the Office of the Re-
corder of Johnson County,
Indiana.
Written suggestions or
objections to provisions of
said request may be filed
with the secretary of the
Johnson County Drainage
Board at or before such
meeting and will be heard
by the Johnson County
Drainage Board at the
time and place specified.
Said hearing may be con-
tinued from time to time as
necessary.
In accordance with the
