terested parties are
hereby notified that the fol-
lowing annexation Ordi-
nance, Greenwood Com-
mon Council Ordinance
No. 26-19, was passed by
the Greenwood Common
Council on July 6, 2026,
and signed by the Mayor
on July 7, 2026. The Or-
dinance in its entirety is
available for inspection
during regular business
hours at the Greenwood
City Clerk's Office located
at 186 Surina Way, Suite
C, Greenwood, IN 46142.
The annexation area
consists of approximately
193.27 acres of land gen-
erally located at the north-
east corner of Whiteland
Road and County Road
200 West (Honey Creek
Road), and legally de-
scribed as:
Petro/Fleener parcels
The West Half of the
Southwest Quarter of Sec-
tion Nineteen (19), Town-
ship Thirteen (13) North,
Range Four (4) East of the
Second Principal Merid-
ian, containing eighty (80)
acres.
Except Therefrom:
Part of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 19,

Range 4 East of the Sec-
ond Principal Meridian,

nexation area or any mu-
nicipality located in John-
son County who intends to
appeal the proposed an-
nexation must file a com-
plaint with the circuit or su-
perior court of Johnson
County in compliance with
Ind. Code 36-4-3-15.5.
The complaint must be
filed not later than thirty
(30) days after the date
this notice is published.
