Notice is hereby given
that I have, as the owner
(or with the owner's con-
sent) of the property com-
monly described as the

and I-65 Greenwood, Indi-
ana, and legally described
by the attached legal de-
scription, filed a petition
before the Plan Commis-
sion of the City of Green-
wood, which petition re-
