Board of Zoning Appeals
will hold a public hearing
on the 1st day of July,
2026, at 6:00p.m. in the
City Hall at 70 E. Monroe
Street, Franklin, Indiana,
to consider a petition by
Gardner Transport Ser-
vices, Inc., case number
ZB-26-2 (SE), a request
for a Special Exception
use from the City of Frank-
lin Zoning Ordinance, Arti-
cle 3, Chapter 23, to allow
operation of a trucking
company, in the "IG," In-
dustrial General zoning
district.
