copy of a decree directed
to me from the Clerk of the
SuperiorCourt of Johnson
County, Indiana, in Cause
No. 41D04-2401-
PL-000004, wherein
Greenwood Trails
Townhomes Owners' As-
sociation, Inc. was the
Plaintiff, and Viktoria J.
Lawrence, Newrez LLC,
d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage
Servicing, U.S. Depart-
ment of Housing and Ur-
ban Development and Any
Unknown Occupants were
the Defendants, requiring
me to make the sum as
provided for in said De-
cree with interest and
costs. I will expose at pub-
lic sale to the highest bid-
der, subject to the first
