NOTICE
The Town of Whiteland
Board of Zoning Appeals
will hold a public hearing
on June 4th at 7:00 p.m. in
the meeting room of the
Whiteland Town Hall, 549
Main Street, Whiteland, In-
diana, to consider
2026-V-02, a development
standards variance peti-
tion to allow
A variance from the de-
velopment standards to al-
low an entry sign not at
the two (2) designated en-
try signs for the Allure
Apartment development.
On the premises lo-
cated at 350 Allure Cir,
Whiteland, IN 46184
Written suggestions or
objections to the provi-
sions of said request may
be filed with the Board
Secretary, at or before
such meeting, and will be
heard at the time and
place specified. Interested
persons desiring to pres-
ent their views upon the
said request, either in writ-
ing or verbally, will be
given the opportunity to be
heard at the
abovementioned time and
place. Said hearing may
be continued from time to
time as may be neces-
sary.
