Ryan Patrick is notified
that a petition for adoption
of a child, named Raina L.
Patrick, born to Angel Kel-
ler on January 4, 2018,
was filed in the office of
the Clerk of Johnson
County, 5 E. Jefferson
Street, Franklin, IN,
46131. The petition for
adoption alleges that the
consent to adoption of
Raina L. Patrick is not re-
quired because Ryan Pat-
rick has not provided any
financial support to the mi-
nor child in over a year
when he was able to do
so; and has not had any
significant contact with the
minor child in over a year;
and it is in the minor
childs best interest that
the adoption occur. If
Ryan Patrick seeks to
contest the adoption of the
child, Raina L. Patrick,
she must file a motion to
contest the adoption in ac-
cordance with IC
31-19-10-1 in the
above-named court not
later than fifteen (15) days
after the date of service of
this notice. If Ryan Patrick
does not file a motion to
contest the adoption within
fifteen (15) days after
service of this notice the
above-named court will
hear and determine the
petition for adoption. The
consent to adoption of
Raina L. Patrick, will be ir-
revocably implied and
Ryan Patrick will lose the
right to contest either the
adoption or the validity of
Ryan Patricks implied
consent to the adoption.
No oral statement made to
Ryan Patrick relieves
Ryan Patrick of his obliga-
tions under this notice.
