NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, that the Town of
Edinburgh (Owner) will re-
ceive sealed bids for the
necessary labor, supervi-
sion, material, equipment,
and delivery for thirty-six
(36) 15kV 2000A
hookstick disconnect
switches, twelve (12) 15kV
3000A GOAB disconnect
switches, & eighteen (18)
15kV 2000A GOAB dis-
connect switches to be in-
stalled at its project known
as Edinburgh Industrial
Park Substation (Project)
located at 250 West 900
North, Edinburgh, Indiana
46124.
Sealed bids will be re-
ceived at the office of the
Clerk-Treasurer, Town of
Edinburgh Administrative
Office, 107 South Holland
Street, Edinburgh, Indiana
46124 until 10:00 a.m.
Eastern Time on Friday,
June 26, 2026. The docu-
ments will then be opened
and the Bid Price Sum-
mary read aloud and
thereafter taken under ad-
visement pending review
of each document.
Copies of the Advertise-
ment for Bids and Instruc-
tions to Bidders (this docu-
ment); Plans and Specifi-
cations; and other Con-
tract Documents for the
work may be obtained, at
a non-refundable cost of
Fifty Dollars ($50.00,) from
Engineer located at:

Technical and bid ques-
tions shall be submitted in
writing to Engineer.
Project consists of con-
structing a new
69kV-12.5kV wye distribu-
tion substation.
Switches and associ-
ated equipment shall be
furnished by Bidder with
target delivery by October
1, 2026. Owner reserves
the right to amend the
specifications and modify
the delivery schedule as
necessary.
A kickoff meeting be-
tween Owner, Successful
Bidder, and Engineer shall
be scheduled after notifi-
cation of intent to award.
Bids shall conform to
the requirements stated in
the Advertisement for Bids
and Instructions to Bid-
ders. At Owners option,
Successful Bidder might
be required to furnish a
performance bond for
100% of the bid price.
Successful Bidder shall
furnish certificates of
insurance. Owner re-
serves the right to reject
any and all bids and to
waive minor irregularities
in bidding and bid specifi-
cations.
