Stones Crossing Commer-
cial Subdivision, as re-
corded in Plat Cabinet D,
Pages 722 (A) & (B) as In-
strument No. 2007-
022564, in the Office of
the Recorder of Johnson
County, Indiana, as de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at the North-
west corner of said Block;
thence East along the
North line of said Block a
distance of 254.8 feet;
thence South parallel with
the West line of said Block
a distance of 374.1 feet;
thence West parallel with
the North line of said
Block a distance of 244.5
feet to the West line of
said Block; thence North
along said West line a dis-
tance of 375.4 feet; to the
Place of Beginning, con-
taining 2.2 acres, more or
less.
Have filed a petition be-
fore the Board of Zoning
Appeals for the City of
Greenwood which petition
requests a Dimensional
Variance for the said prop-
erty in order to allow relief
from Sec. 10-02-19 (A)
Commercial Medium For-
mat Zone (CM), to in-
crease the maximum al-
lowable front yard setback
from 80' to 105', and Sec-
tion 10-02-19 (A) Com-
mercial Medium Format
Zone (CM), to increase
the maximum allowable
impervious lot coverage
from 70% to 75%.
