NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given
that Johnson County, Indi-
ana, acting by and through
its Board of Commission-
ers, will receive sealed
bids at the Office of the
Auditor in the Johnson
County Courthouse An-
nex, Franklin, Indiana, un-
til the hour of 10:00 a.m.,
local time, on December
9, 2024, for Aggregate,
Concrete, Crushed
Gravel, FOB Hot Mix As-
phalt, and Liquid Asphalt
for the 2025 calendar
year.
Specifications, Instruc-
tions to Bidders, and Bid
Forms may be obtained at
the office of the Johnson
County Highway Depart-
ment, 1051 Hospital Road,
Franklin, Indiana between
the hours of 7:00 a.m. and
3:30 p.m., Monday
through Friday. Electronic
copies of these docu-
ments can be provided
upon request.
A 5% bid bond or certi-
fied check in the amount
of the bid shall be required
with each bid and shall be
made payable to the John-
son County Board of Com-
missioners. Letters of
Credit are not acceptable.
Each Category will be
awarded separately.
The Board of Commis-
sioners reserves the right
to reject any or all bids
and the right to waive any
or all irregularities in any
or all bids.
