will hold a public hearing
on January 2nd, 2025 at
7:00 p.m. in the meeting
room of the Whiteland
Town Hall, 549 Main
Street, Whiteland, Indiana,
to consider 2024-V-16, a
land use variance special
exception petition to allow
A variance from the de-
velopment standards to
encroach the Rear Yard
Setback. Accessory struc-
tures may not be located
closer than 6' of the rear
lot line. Additionally, en-
croachment of the 7.5'
Drainage and Utility Ease-
ment by approximately 6',
on the premises located at
210 Lori Ann Dr. White-
land. IN 46184
Written suggestions or
objections to the provi-
sions of said request may
be filed with the Board
Secretary, at or before
such meeting, and will be
heard at the time and
place specified. Interested
persons desiring to pres-
ent their views upon the
said request, either in writ-
ing or verbally, will be
given the opportunity to be
heard at the above men-
tioned time and place.
Said hearing may be con-
tinued from time to time as
may be necessary.
