NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given
that the Town of Edin-
burgh will receive sealed
bids at the Edinburgh
Town Hall, 107 South Hol-
land Street, Edinburgh, IN
46124-0065 on or before
10:00 AM, Thursday, Feb-
ruary 6, 2025 for the fol-
lowing services: milling;
road reconstruction; as-
phalt materials and instal-
lation; concrete street
patching, and concrete
sidewalk and curb ramps.
The bids will be opened
and total costs read aloud
on February 6, 2025 at
10:00 AM. The bids will
then be taken under ad-
visement pending review
of each bid submittal.

There will be a pre-bid
conference held on Thurs-
day, January 23, 2025 at
2:00 PM at the Edinburgh
Town Hall, 107 South Hol-
land Street, Edinburgh, IN
46124-0065.

are non-refundable.

Bids received after
10:00 AM on the 6th day
of February, 2025 will be
returned unopened. Each
bid must be enclosed in a
sealed envelope bearing
the name and address of
the bidder. Bids shall be
submitted on General form
96 as approved by the In-
diana State Board of Ac-
counts along with a bid
bond executed by the bid-
der and a surety company,
or a certified check paya-
ble to the Town of Edin-
burgh in the amount of five
percent (5%) of the total
maximum bid shall be
submitted with the bid.

The Edinburgh Town
Council reserves the right
to accept or reject any bid
or any part thereof.
