Nineveh Fire Protection
Board of Trustees, is sub-
mitting a Notice of Intent
(NOI) letter to notify the In-
diana Department of Envi-
ronmental Management of
our intent to comply with
the requirements under
327 IAC 15-5 to discharge
storm water from con-
struction activities for the
following project: Nineveh
Fire Station 101. More
specifically, the project is
located in the SE Quarter
of Section 28, Township
11 North, Range 4 East,
west of the intersection of
S. Nineveh Road and E.
West Street. Runoff from
the project site will be dis-
charged to an existing
drainage ditch, Prince
Creek, and ultimately into
Mud Creek. Questions or
